What is included with the EV2?

Will EV2 work for me?

Our hearing devices work for the majority of people who try them, but if they don’t happen to work for you, that’s why we have a 45-day money-back guarantee – so there’s no risk to just giving them a try.

Will these be too big for my ears?

Nope! We have a patented, comfortable design that’s as small as possible while keeping the best sound quality. We also have two different models so if one doesn’t work for you, the other will.

These can’t be as good as $5,000 prescription hearing aids, can they?

EV2 doesn’t have all the bells and whistles of $5,000 hearing aids, but they provide all the features you NEED to improve your hearing. And they cost 95% less than prescription hearing aids. Is this covered by insurance?

No we currently do not accept insurances.

How long does it take to recharge?

Charging time is approximately 4 - 6 hours.

How does the charger work?

The charger comes with a wall transformer that plugs into a standard 120 volt outlet. You may either plug the USB charging cable into that wall transformer once in an outlet or you may plug the USB charging cable into a USB computer port.

What is that little thing sticking out on the hearing aid?

The “pull line” or “removal antenna” is solely meant for removing the hearing device from your ear. It can be removed without affecting any other components of the hearing aid but we recommend it stays attached for easy removal.

Will you notify me by email when my order has shipped?

Yes, we will send an invoice by email when your order has been placed and another when your order has been shipped.
